One person died and another was injured Friday morning on main road 47 in Mezőberény, where two cars collided head-on, the Békés County Police Headquarters reported on police.hu.
The entire width of the affected road section was closed for the duration of the site investigation. Those coming from Békéscsaba can avoid the scene of the accident at the Kamut roundabout, while those coming from Mezőberény towards Békéscsaba will be diverted in the direction of Békés.
